The CD itself doesn't seem to match up with any of the official promo releases for TIMT from what I can see on theloveof (it's back up at the moment) so I would also imagine it's some sort of bootleg work.

I'm pretty sure it's a bootleg of somekind, it's just the CD printinglooks really professional and has like copyright stuff on it (though, I suppose that could be fake.)

Yeah, I'd call bootleg too, especially if the cover art looks photocopied. If it were a promo it'd usually be marked as such... for example my copy of TIMT is a US promo and "For Promotional Use Only - Not For Sale" is printed right on the disc.
