The CD itself doesn't seem to match up with any of the official promo releases for TIMT from what I can see on theloveof (it's back up at the moment) so I would also imagine it's some sort of bootleg work.

if Nicky saw that mixture of capitals & lower case, he'd find whoever pressed it, make them eat it, shit it out and then eat it again. is that what you are implying?

erm, yes, but in the interests of supporting the music industry and the band, it might be an idea to suggest buying the album from a more conventional store in the not too distant future?

Coming from a man who has barely any grammar know how and that spells knowledge, 'knowlede', I doubt he'd really care.

style over substance, mate. he may not know how to spell words, or even how to put them together in a conventional sense, but he sure does know when they do and don't look pretty

I'm pretty sure it's a bootleg of somekind, it's just the CD printinglooks really professional and has like copyright stuff on it (though, I suppose that could be fake.)

making it look legit is an important part of a successful bootlegging operation, mate. not that i would know anything about that at all

Yeah, I'd call bootleg too, especially if the cover art looks photocopied. If it were a promo it'd usually be marked as such... for example my copy of TIMT is a US promo and "For Promotional Use Only - Not For Sale" is printed right on the disc.

i've always loved that - the idea that someone is all prepared to sell a promo, then reads the disc and says "oh shit, sorry mate, can't do a deal, it says so here on the disc".
