What a fucking ROCKER album, didn't remember it being so... propulsive. Makes me wanna trash the place.

There have been some issues with the signed LP.

We have shipped your order with a standard LP for the time being, and a signed sleeve will arrive separately in the next few weeks. Were really sorry about this.
Good job I asked...

Forever ever delayed. If I never hear another version of Roses In The Hospital it'll be too soon.

Mine did not arrive today despite an email stating it would. After an hour's wait on the Royal Mail customer service line, I was told I may not get until 19th, despite it being sent 24 hour signed for

The 24/48 hour signed for thing is just a vague intention, it's basically the same as 1st or 2nd class (just signed for) which means 1-2 days or 3-5 ish for the '48'.

To actually get there 24 hours, it has to be Special Delivery.

I received everything in one parcel (signed vinyl, book & t-shirt).
I had 2 inserts, one signed and one unsigned which I’m guessing I should have only had one. I really hope you all get sorted soon, what a shambles.

Yup, just been on MSP's Facebook page... loads of people in same boat... some getting signed vinyl that they did not order, and others who paid for it not getting them.
Shambles!

Mine's still in the mail, as it's coming all the way to California - hope they didn't mess mine up! But if they do, I'll raise some hell!

That’s really shit.

The response I was given was “Royal Mail is experiencing delays”.

Yep, this Covid shit has come right out of the blue and nobody was aware of any delays over the last few weeks.

I’ll just order elsewhere in future as the official store is pony.

My friend just sent me waveform images for “Sleepflower”. Original mix vs remaster. I’ve tweeted the images here.

I listened earlier and really enjoyed it. Listening everything except the remixes, will give them one play tomorrow and that'll be it for those haha, but I loved it. Not sure what people are on about really when they say the sound is awful, I think it sounds great and powerful.

You sort of feel like you’re doing the right thing by ordering via the Manics website, yet it’s a bag of shit.

£50+ paid back in March for an album and delivery, yet people can order from other outlets cheaper and get them on release date.

Obviously it’s only going to be a day or two after the release date when mine turns up, but they’ve had fucking months to plan and post these. Shite.
It wasn't after a few years... they cracked if you tried to put them into the CD holders built into the box. I learnt this valuable lesson after losing my CD3 in the collection this way

I haven't ordered yet, though it sounds good from what I've read. I'm looking forward to hear it.

Chill out guys -- Royal Mail supply lines are disrupted and it's hard to pack things with social distancing (have you ever packed 5000 items? I have. It's complicated enough without a deadly pathogen in the air).
