Is there any Dutch people who know hown easy/difficult it would be for someone with no sense of direction to get from Amsterdam airport to the Hague venue in as little time as possible? Like what is the craic with transport in the Hague once you get to the station there? My flight wouldn't be getting into the airport til 5pm on the day of the gig :\ and I don't like doing travelling things like this myself as I'm useless. Reckon my reckon return flights are just under 50 quid though, so I think I have to go!

Dutch trains are ace and I think there are direct trains from Schipol airport. It only takes half an hour or so.

Thanks, i think i'm more worried about what i do when i get to the station as everyone else will prob already be on route to the gig!! Plus i'm probably a lot more simple geographically than the average person haha.

Looks like my flights are only 45 quid return which is amazing! flying with 2 different airlines and only booked the return leg home so far, but it only cost 20 quid including all charges. think i've got lucky with sales this weekend. Hopefully booking leg 1 tomorrow once I sort which flight i want.

i'm going to the hague and amsterdam now. I think the train leaves amsterdam airport to the hague every half hour and it takes just over half an hour to get there.

Going to be a great excursion Think the below stats are correct?

Paard van Troje, The Hague is 1,100
Paradiso, Amsterdam is 1,500

Thought they would be sold out by now. Perhaps both gigs will just be full of FD members then

i get into amsterdam early wednesday evening but am rushing to the gig in the hague so no can do! You should go to that gig too!

I had a bizarre dream last night that the dutch people announced a strike before i left to travel there, and all the trains and public transport were off and I was all stressed out as i had no idea how I was going to get to the gig! This isn't likely to be a premonition is it?! Haha
