Webster Hall, NYC, US 7th October 2009

It will be pretty fucking insane.

For anyone thats never been there... it's pretty good actually.
Not huge, but good enough.

Bar is all the way on the back, and the tour merchandise is on the left, you can pick something up as you come in, or on your way out, as that is the only way you can go from.

Drinks: Beers $5-$7, Anything else is near $10.

Sound is descent, but It will NOT be as loud as you'd expect it to be.

No smoking inside obviously, there is a little area outside. Webster Hall is in dontown NY, near another venue you might now, Irving Plaza. They are both located near Union Square, a pretty awesome place. Plenty of pubs nearby.

Don't expect any moshpit or anything like that, I think.

There could be a meetup if you'd like, I know I and Felix (thecatinthehat) will be meeting, dunno if anyone wants to plan a massive mindfuck or so. We'll see.

But it will be quite a special night.

That's good. Small venues are the way forward.

I'll be there with littlebabyeverything, r.e.v.o.l.l.o.v.e.r and MrsCarbohydrate! I'm really excited already!

I'm debating buying tickets. I'm definitely seeing them in philly, and I would love to go see them again, but I might have an exam until 7 that night as it falls right in the middle of midterm season. And on top of that, I'm a bit strapped for cash. but if things work out, I'll be there!

Yep, count me in. I'm taking off that day so I plan on spending time at the venue in hopes of seeing the boys. Anyone is welcome to join me.

Just FYI: based on previous experience they are usually happier to talk to people after a gig than before it. I have seen them stop sometimes on the way in to the venue and sign stuff, but they do often just go straight in without stopping. I don't want you to hang around all day and be dissapointed!

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing. You'd be better off hanging around after the show if you want to meet them. It sounds like these shows are pretty small, so I reckon the chances of them coming out and speaking to fans after will be pretty good. Also, after NYC they only have to get to Boston so it's they'll probably have more time to hang around. Unless Nicky's in a mood of course, in which case he'll probably go straight in the bus.

Am seriously thinking of coming across 'the pond' to see them, am coming to New York in April but might try to come for the gig. Do you know of any decent hotels near the venue?
