Ah, my first Manics single... Asked me dad to bring us em in from Woolworths and he called me a sad bastard. Good times.

I got mine from there for free. Till wasn't working so she told me just to put a few quid in the charity box on my way out. She was trusting.

Tsunami was the first CD single I ever bought as I'd bought YSTS on cassette. Happy memories!

I have no connection to Tsunami but Happy Birthday to it nonetheless, one of my favourite Manics riffs

Still an amazing song. One of my favourite videos by them as well.

Now let's hope that fabled Tsunami demo will be unearthed one day...

Always thought the video was cool. Live it gets the crowd going although I've only been at one gig where it was played back in 2004. I remember when I first heard it and I was stupidly going "WHat does Tsunami mean?" I had no idea haha! Then a few weeks later in a Geography lesson our teacher asked if anyone knew what a tsunami was and I thought of the Manics. Ha.

A good single, it came out around the time of my final ever Jobclub before they got cancelled as inefficent!
Wasn't there an eclipse around that time? Knew the song anyway from the album, but I'm not sure if it was released before or after?
It was a welcome distraction on MTV and the radio when it came on.
I love the band have got over the stigma of playing it again. Just wish the radio would too...

Never a fan of it live but the Studio version is to die for. Especially combined with the video.
