I also received mine today in California. Sent 10/29. As mentioned, not too surprising that it took two weeks to received since it was sent from The Netherlands. I also received my vinyl reissue of GT in the post. That was sent from the UK on 11/06. Just relieved that I got my copy. I'll probably pick up the Legacy Edition when prices go down.

I received mine today in Wisconsin. It arrived completely undamaged. The only thing that is a slight let down is that the print enclosed is kind of curled. It was obvious why that happened when you see how the the things are arranged inside. My plan is to put it between two heavy boxes for a while to get it flattened out. However, that had nothing to do with shipping. I got the shipping notice Oct 29, so it took a little over 2 weeks, which isn't so bad. Don't give up hope quite yet!

Absurd as it is, I receive weekly updates from them.

Does anybody know how to "unlock" this tangle?
Do they have an e-mail address for complaints of this kind?

Thanks.

THIS x100! Apparently, this time it's Starstruck and I who are winners in the MyPlague lottery of shit - his hasn't reached his country and mine has never left the warehouse. But, after three days, they have asked me to confirm my address so a replacement can be "authorised". I will not believe in such a thing as a "replacement" existing, though, until I've got it in my hands. What a shambles!

Mine too! Thought I was just unlucky with the way it shifted during transport... it's not a big thing though, just a little annoying!

Starting to get into this album. Just taught myself the acoustic version of CTRNR. Never listened to that song before and there are some nice chord arrangements in it (though it is a bit cheesy at the end).

I would have had GT at hte bottom of my Manics' list but it might be 2nd last now! lol.

Indeed. They reused the "Condemned to Rock.. and .. roll" chords for "From Despair..to...where"!

FDTW is C -> Cmin

Now I feel really lucky that mine has arrived safe on monday.I really hope everyone will get its copy at some point.One thing for sure before the GT Anniversay Limited Edition I didn't buy anything from their website and I think I will never do that again unless I can choose a recorded delivery.

How quickly are people hearing back from 'Myplay' when completing and submitting their "completely useless and generic" 'contact us' form ...

For the third time (after being told I would get a reponse ("as best they can") in 24 hrs) I just completed the form again .. I may be getting a bit more stroppy in the emails now too - because this is infuriating.

Where is customer services these days? (a point for digression I'm sure)
