I still haven't listened to any of it, ever. I can't help but feel it's a load of glam-noise set to entertain some of the more 'over the top' fans I run into at gigs... still, must give it a go one of these days.

Shockingly enough, I only bought the album last week. That said, I actually love it, apart from the tracks where Nicky really is horribly out of tune (So Much For The Future anyone?)

I listen to it all the time - I really love it.

When I first heard it I didn't like it much - I couldn't get passed his voice but now I'm really into it and don't mind his voice at all!

Isn't there a version with an echo and the bunnymen cover on it? I really, really, REALLY want to hear it, if there is such a thing. I think it was ocean rain. Or have I made this up. I'm not sure.

But if it's really, really terrible I'm not sure if I do want to hear it, because I really like echo and the bunnymen and I hate bad covers of songs I love.

Yeah it's the special edition. The last time I checked, Amazon still supplies it.

It's a good cover, really suits his voice. I bought that version of the album on Amazon Market place for about £6 so it should be fairly common on there.

Damn, I can't find it. I don't order off the internet anyway, and I already have a copy of I killed the zeitgeist (which cost me £11, thank you very much VIRGIN MEGASTORE) so I'll probably just leave it for now. Thanks anyway.

You've got the normal cd? Does that not have the cover?

Wrong. It sounded ok when he sang it at gigs, but album version is horrible.

Yes I still listen to it. Its a great album. Probably better than Send Away the Tigers.

Plus you can also sing to it without feeling like your hopelessly out of tune

I made a friend of mine who'd never even heard the Manics listen to IKTZ the other day and now she can't stop listening to it at all. This may say more about her music tastes than anything else, tho.
