JDB's vocal FX
Hi,
Just incase anyone particularly cares, it looks like the band are playing around with special vocal FX again to boost their sound. For example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5IymN4VRsg There are increased delays that can be heard on 'too much comfort to get, DECADENT.' and the screams that follow that section. Personally i think it sounds quite cool and adds to the atmosphere of the song. Cheers, Nozzer

Why not, it doesn't have to sound exactly like the record. |

It is quite random but any possibility this might be inspired from revisiting the GT tapes for the impending 20th anniversary release?

Certainly not using autotune.

They're just warming up for the career defining covers album when they'll cover Queen's Now I'm Here

Never been a fan of the vocal effects on THB, however there are some good ones on some later B-Sides. The worst one is on V.S.E.C on JFPL during the chorus though...eurgh.
