It was a sellout. About 1500 capacity apparently, but it looked a lot smaller than that to me?!

Sorry my texts weren't that informative Takk, but I was on the barrier right smack in front of James and I didn't want him to think I was being rude!
I have some video I'll upload to YouTube when I get somewhere with free wifi.

They came out after for a meet and greet and were lovely and charming

Did I meet you empty soul? I'm the one that munted her ankle on the way in and then spent an hour sitting on the barrier with an ice pack on it. Not my finest hour!
It was fine, I just wasnt sure what you meant about falling asleep .

Did they say this? Coming back again?

I liked that Nicky looked so happy the whole time he was playing.

It was a great show, the band were very nice to meet. James and Nicky were on fire. See you guys in Adelaide and Melbourne perhaps!

it was the ocean spray/suicide combo plus the fact I'd been up about 24 hours by then.

Sounds like the gig was amazing! I can't wait to just see the boys on stage... they could not play a single note and just stand there smiling and I would be happy! haha.

Were there many people waiting for them afterwards? And did they sign stuff etc? Just trying to decide what vinyl to throw in the car for the Adelaide gig. Perhaps a single if I am going to have to carry it during the gig.

absolutely amazing. I adore them and i am absolutely in love with James. He is so charming and gorgeous. Met them outside, James and Nicky only. Sean didnt come out. Both signed stuff for me. It was ages though before they came out. Many people had given up by then. But still they were mobbed when they did come out and took pics and chatted with fans. WHAT A NIGHT!

Sean did come out!

But he is small. I can see how you missed him.

OK, some pictures...

A very dark venue and an apparent addiction to red tungsten lighting made it difficult with the small camera. Will try to get the big one in to Adelaide

and one from afterwards for all you James lovers...

and the setlist, which Autumngirl got signed for us while I snapped some pics... THANKS

All three were just in a great mood, James in particular was really chatty and stuck around for ages. Looking forward to the Adelaide gig which despite historically rubbish crowds is in a tiny venue.
