RTF and TIMTTMY anniversary?

I've just realized TIMTTMY is 15 years old in September & with the talk of RTF being a close counterpart could we possibly see an anniversary edition of ...Truth this year???

I'm not sure. Isn't the band releasing anniversary editions when they're out of new material? ^_^"

I'd love to see TIMTTMY get the same treatment as the GT box set. They do seem to have been talking about it more favourably than they have been lately, but I doubt 15th anniversary will be happening, probably 20th if anything. Ah, I dunno... wonder if we'll get 20th of EMG and THB even though they had 10th.

I'm almost sure we'll get a proper audiophile THB vinyl for the 20th anniversary, but that's all.
Not much unreleased stuff left in the vaults from that era apart from the full demos, they don't have the guts to release the 21.12.1994 Astoria footage, I really can't see any content which could serve as an upgrade to the 2004 reissue.

i don't see the point of releasing THB and EMG again. They'd just get accused of ripping fans off. I do agree there should be a reissue vinyl of THB though.

Despite the bands usual shite spouting and the fact its not cool to say you like the TIMT era cos of all the commerical success, I think there is an argument to say it is their strongest era song wise. B-sides were immense in that era. They fucking better put out an anniversary edition. I'm sure they will in 2018.

Totally agree. The b-sides were fantastic from that time, most of them worthy of album status. Probably the last time they went to town on the non album tracks. I know some would argue Lifeblood's were just as good, but I'd disagree.
