Ally's probably BFFs with him, though. So you should still ask her. ETA: I feel like Wayne will probably sign your Bingo shirt because New Richey is pretty nice. I think Toby would prefer if you just showed up unannounced at his steampunk club night wearing it.

And yeah, I can't imagine Wayne not signing the Bingo shirt. He's probably way more proud of than song than he leads on. I bet when he's on stage playing A Design For Life he's secretly thinking "Psh, whatever, I co-wrote Bingo."
