New album news beacon not being lit yet. But start collecting the firewood. And then make sure no hedgehogs or animals have made their homes in them before lighting.
I've heard that nothing else is planned after the summer dates for this year - might be early 2025 for the new album.

Salt and vinegar, you’re right!
And as the list someone else posted, still loving those golden wonder ones! Though he’s partial to Slabs now too haha.

Yeah! Some great music choices.

Nicky’s on Cerys Matthews show at the moment.

New album will be out late this year or early next. Working title is ‘Critical Thinking’ and there will be new music this year.

Oooh! Exciting! (Apart from the working title which seems a little naff).

I wonder if we'll get anything new in the sets this summer...

I've no connections. Just a wishlist something announced this Friday's St. David's Day.
Probably won't. Good thread dusted off. Feeling it'll be a busy year.

On top of Nicky's 6Music stint, Michael Sheen got Ready For Drowning played on Radcliffe and Maconie this Saturday morning.

So it was the annual Radio X best of British top 100 (as voted by the listeners) today and the Manics..... didn't get a single entry!

Quite a few obvious choices and then a few downright bizarre ones. Weak by Skunk Anansie the thirteenth best British song ever??? And have I missed the rise of Nothing but Thieves or was it a fan organised vote that somehow gave them two songs in the top seven?

I looked at the top ten and it's only "Gimmie Shelter" that I'd listen to.
