How High Will It Chart?

How high will the new album chart on the UK Top 40 Album Charts?
On the UK Top 40 Album Charts how high will the new Manics album reach?

FD: Well this is a really special Manics album, so I couldn't care less if it charts or not.

Oh did I forget to mention? I'll be making a poll for this thread as well.

FD: Ugh! Me first!!!

Number 1
Top Five (What number?)
Top Ten (What number?)
Top Twenty (What number?)
Top Forty (What number?)
Top Eighty (What number?)
Fails To Even Chart (What madness!)

And as a bonus, how many weeks do you think it'll have?
(PFYAM and NT had 9 and 8 weeks respectively according to http://chartarchive.org/a/manic+street+preachers)

I'm calling it... enters at number 4, and stays on for 7 weeks.

And for added tension, the poll closes in 7 days, so you can't vote then and say "See? I was right!"

If only I was a gambler...

As the new Travis entered at No.3,I'd like to think there's a new market for "classic" british acts like them and MSP, so maybe it could do better than PFAYM, which would be pretty funny.

Can't see it knocking Arctic Monkeys off the top spot. But then, maybe Arctic Monkeys will be one of those "everyone buys it in the first week and it crashes out of the top 5 the next week".
Like Avril Lavigne...

I think it'll be Top 5 for the first week (no.3 or no.4) then (undeservingly) sink like a stone thereafter.

Not listened to it yet but I think it will enter in the top 10 at the least. Not sure it will stay there for a long time though.

No chance it will outrun Arctic Monkeys at the moment, but they'll certainly make top 3 - probably in at No.2.

Arctic Monkeys will retain number 1, Elton John has a new one out... I can't see it going top 5 myself. Janelle Monae, The Weeknd and even The Clash didn't make the top 10 with their new releases this week, so I'm not going to be too cut up if they don't break single figures.

It will scrape into the top 5, Interesting thing my hmv has a top ten list of pre orders (not sure if it's just the store or all of them) no manics on it, though the manics have never been popular round here (grimsby)
