It's not listed because the disc it's on comes in the shoebox edition, the tracklist there is only for the regular deluxe edition. Considering the tracklists there are identical right to the demo session names, I'm quite sure the CD3 contents will be identical to the promo ones.

Fuck's sake. seriously. Nobody gives a big enough shit about Manics fans to try and troll us with a very believable 'fake' promo. Jeez. Thank you Bad Ambassador for the info and for confirming it. sorry it came to this.

Whilst I agree with the sentiment, it's the sort of thing people have done in the past.

Yeah people have reviewed the entire (new) album in the past then done a runner when their descriptions of the tracks didn't match.

We knew something was up when someone described most of SATT as 'good'

Is there any word on when and where I can pre-order the latest shoebox edition?

Apparently it's going to be sold on the band's official store. Don't know when though.

Watch out, Patrick's about.....
My thoughts exactly when I saw that.

Actually, the 2 CD + DVD is a passable price, but I'm still not all that keen on spending over $20 on an album I'm not particularly fond of just for the DVD. But that DVD does look sweet! The prospect of owning a good quality copy of Rapido as well as Band Explosion, makes me very happy. I wonder if they will include the entire performance given that one of the songs performed was MJ.

It's another fantastically orchestrated well-organised product release with clear communication to all their fans.

Would it be the Manics without it?

I just purchased, via ebay, the National Treasures boxset for £115 pound at Buy It Now price. I am not sure if I got a good deal on that as it was an impulse purchase.

Quite annoying that the official site is so dreadful for this kind of thing. Well, it's been dreadful forever.

Perhaps I'm too cynical but if it was me I'd make damn sure that atleast some pre-order money had come in before sending out promos of the full boxset.
Perhaps Work Experience Kid has got a real job and left with the website password.

Thumbs down What surprises me is, simply, the lack of a proper press office

It is rather surprising that a band like MSP does not have a person who: works on their public relations via official website, gives information in advance to fans, reads this website.

Until a couple of days ago the official website was selling the National Treasures as if it was a new item!

And what about the "no news" re. Sometimes the Sky's Too High book? a shame, nothing less.

Who is responsible? You f***ing are!

Cheers
