What a balls up from ticketmaster this morning. My standing tickets turned into Level 3 unreserved seating. Luckily I was able to cancel before paying and got tickets through Gigs & Tours.

I have a spare standing ticket for this one - struggling to shift it. Face value or best offer.

Is the ticket still going? and is it "stalls standing"?

Well, that was enjoyable. Thought some of the crowd were a bit subdued while the album tracks from Truth were played, but as a night out, can't complain...

... Except about some of the crowd. I wouldn't pay £50+ to spend more time looking at my mates and my phone than at the stage. What's the point?

Still, the band still have it and bring on Southampton next week. I'll never tire of seeing the boys play gigs. Ever. Such fun

Back to my FD hibernation. :-D

That was incredible. I was surprised at how well some of the slower TIMT songs came off live, like I’m Not Working and My Little Empire. And the second half was sheer joy. Sleepflower! Tristesse! Solitude! The final run of You Love Us, No Surface and DFL made me truly feel like I was at a Manics gig in 96 again. Very happy now. Hoping for Umbrella tomorrow night

Okay nitpicking now but they really, really, REALLY need to turn down Wayne’s mic. And they should have done NLY, of course. But it was still utterly brilliant.

Loved Gwenno too, Le Kov was one of my favourite albums of last year and she was brill live, especially Eus Keus!

Hope everyone got home okay - chaos on the Central line as the train I was on caught fire and we were all evacuated at Marble Arch! Seems it was all sorted fairly quickly though but a little bit nerve-wracking to make your way out of a tube station that reeks of smoke.

Sounds great, can't wait to hear some of these songs live for the first time tonight.

Out of interest what time did the show finish?

I didn’t make note of the finish time but I’d guess about 10.30. I remember thinking they were starting quite early, it was only 8.40 when the lights went down so I’d guess it finished around a couple of hours after that!

Thanks! Living out in the suburbs I like it when shows finish at a reasonable time!
