Favourite Manics Video?
Just curious as to what everyones favourite Manics video is.
Mines is either Tsunami or Empty Souls

I love the video to Tolerate, it turned me from someone who likes the Manics into a 'fan'. My other favourites are Kevin Carter, because Nicky looks supernaturally beautiful in it, and Stay Beautiful, because it's so weird, and that Bambi moment of Richey's before he gets a face full of paint is probably the only moment when I find him remotely attractive.
My least favourites are Motorcycle Emptiness, because James looks like Kenny Everett in it, Let Robeson Sing, for the lack of Manics goodness, and Autumnsong for the same reason.

Tolerate for me.
It was the first video of theirs that I saw and it was actually the first time I ever heard them too. I saw it by chance on our local TV channel that as usual never plays videos like that. I was like "What a great band! What a great song! Who are they, why I know nothing 'bout them?" So i started discovering more and more 'bout them... so that's how it all started. Beautiful video, anyway.

Tolerate or the Everlasting. Both great, the Everlasting video brings a tear to my eye!
Both have more about them than the "Lets play in a room, and have some cut away to subtitle moments shall we?" That mostly got turned out.

Funny you should ask this, I was ill yesterday and so to cheer myself up watched the FD dvd. Without a doubt it is the video to Slash'n'Burn. It's official, a shirtless James is better for you than a lemsip.

Well Tolerate just edges it for me because the three of them look so bloody gorgeous in it. Shallow, crap reason I know. I also rather like the You Love Us too!

Loves Sweet Exile/You Love Us - because Richey/Nicky looked so good.
Faster/Revol - Because Richey looks vunerable and a bit like my dough eyed dog like in it... Roses In The Hospital - Because Sean gets his big acting moment and gets to push a girl with his Meatloaf hair and also the obligitary If You Tolerate This, because it's such a damn good vid!

I'm quite partial to Revol. I dunno why because it's basically just the band playing but they look so damn cool in the video.
