Just got this off iTunes and I really like it a lot. I have no real interest in seeing the film but the soundtrack is definitely very atmospheric and has a strong claustrophobic vibe to it. Bradders did great here and I hope he gets to score more movies. I'd like to see what he does with different genres too, as much as I love these kinds of menacing percussive scores.

#29 in the Soundtracks chart! http://www.officialcharts.com/charts...-albums-chart/
"Sony Classical" next to his name which looks weird but can't really argue shouldn't be. |

Listening to it on Spotify.
It's like"Engage With Your Shadow" produced by George Martin! And I mean that in the most approving way. You could edit clips of No Manifesto to the first track and make it seem like a TMZ "reconstruction Steve Willow" documentary! Seriously! The bits where they argued about Autmnsong and when eating their packed lunch after the gig. Use a black and white slowed down shot of one of the Manics and do a "The rest of the band stress the importance of having breathing paced tracks in the set. But does Nicky agree?" in one of those TV accents and then more silent footage of the band as "Tension Leading To Takeover" plays before Nicky goes "You have to!". "All the Manic Street Preachers are now in agreement out from their set let discussion. Next Week: Left alone in the studio, will James put all the instruments away? Or just a couple and then lock up?" Last edited by Son of Stopped; 19-03-2017 at 17:35. |

Watched the film itself last night, I enjoyed it. The soundtrack worked very well I thought, great job JDB et al!

Wasn't impressed with the film at all - looked like something you'd come across at 2am on the Horror channel. The acting was poor and the editing seemed very random - the shots just kept changing halfway through a conversation for a reaction that wasn't there. Soundtrack was great though - loved the two on the end credits!

I listen to scores while I work, so this will be a good addition to that playlist. Good job Jimmy!

This OST was pretty great to be fair. I've not seen the movie as it sounds like generic tosh but I do like what JDB pulled off here. I will have to watch the movie to see how it works in context with the film itself.

This is one creepy soundtrack
I went for the green vinyl instead as it ended up as Amazon weren't shipping it till the 30th and i think it was a bit cheaper from Banquet records. Just had a look on Amazon and they're only listing the CD, so glad i cancelled. The vinyl is very dark .. almost black on the turntable .. you only see that lighter green in the ads if you hold it up to a light. Still not seen the film but you can definitely listen to this on its own.
