I think you should Nicky after the gig, I have a feeling it might have something to do with the "Ryder Cup" he loves his golf, just a guess really, but could be true.

I was a bit gutted when I realised I'd miss the Ryder Cup, but the rescheduling meant I could watch the last day. Turns out I'll miss it now anyway, cause it's not finishing until tomorrow because of the weather.

Looking forward to the rescheduled date. Quite excited it's the last night of the tour now

It's a nice wee venue too.

I hope you're proud of yourself, because of you and Suzanne and Claire's bullying (but mostly yours because you were the meanest) I am seriously looking at travel for this and I may not be able to eat for the rest of the year...

See you in Carlisle.

please please please no night shift that night!!!!!!

Only live 40 miles away from carlisle and was not going to go (skint). Postponement now makes it financially possible tho.

Last time i found Carlisle a bit weird... used to always having to travel miles and having them play so near home was like God turning up in your kitchen: nice surprise but startlingly unexpected! After Edinburgh the other night just have to go now.

Queue last time was shortest ever and don't think it sold out then either, probably cos was not advertised locally at all.

Safety advice: NEVER eat cheesy pie macaroni before a gig! GAD... puke inducing

Because you really need much convincing to attend a Manics gig

Gretna Bakery sell them, we can pick them up on the way though

I love being able to drive home after a gig its brilliant. Last time it took ages to get over the fact that yes the Manics are playing Carlisle although Nicky seems to have erased it from his memory.

I had one before Edinburgh and it was bloody lovely, though I seem to have a JDB-like tolerance to most foods that other people find disgusting.

Honestly, this convinces me more than the presence of the Manics. If I can't come I will still send you guys money in exchange for pie parcels.

Just booked tickets for this Lovely! Don't think I've done the final gig of a tour before.

There's a lovely big secondhand bookshop in Carlisle (or at least there used to be when I lived in the Lakes about 8 years ago...) which it'll be nice to check out if I have the time.

Regards,
Marwood.
