I should be going to this gig now, I'll be back from my 7 months travelling in New Zealand by March and I've got two of my best friends to come along too for their ever Manics gig, woooo!

My friend bought us tickets yesterday from the venue, we're seating (first time for me sitting down for a Manics gig but it'll be cool to sit back and enjoy the gig) in block 217 I believe. Anyone been to this new Leeds arena yet and if so what is it like?

Ha how weird, turns out my brother is also going to this. I think the venue must have had another promo push today, as that's twice different people have mentioned the Manics doing this gig today and it's not as if tickets have just gone on sale.

Nope, but then I haven't had any from gigsandtours so far. They tend to send tickets out quite close to the event, so I wouldn't worry just yet.

Just booked me and my nephew into the nearby travelodge for £35. Could have got cheaper at Ibis etc but further away from the venue. Can't wait!

Nope not yet, but the order tracker on gigsandtours says 0% of tickets have been delivered for this event so no one has got them. Some venues send them out later than others and there are still a few weeks to go, so I'm not worrying yet.

Cool that the Eagulls are supporting. Not that I'll be watching though - I'll be getting topped up in Weatherspoons and arriving 10 minutes before the Manics play.
