Best Acoustic "Richey" Song
Obviously I'm making assumptions with the b-sides but the lyrical content does point towards richey.

Got to be small black flowers it's so sad and beautiful. A perfect synchronisation of lyrics and music.

And I'm the only one who voted for "Too Cold Here" as well!
Sentimental reasons really. One of the first Manics b-sides I'd heard and it reminds me of my doomed relationship with a CoR before I got into the band. And the whistle is pretty good. |

Went for Facing Page but that was really, REALLY hard! I love all of those so chosing one was extremely difficult!

Altgough I voted for Small Black Flowers, I'm sad to see you're missing my current fav This Joke Sport Severed in the mix. One of James' finest musical interpretations of Edwards' lyrics. Such a Sad yet beautiful tune.
Btw, I don't think Love Torn us Under is a Richey lyric...I think it was penned by Wire. Last edited by Bryter Layter; 07-11-2009 at 00:13. |

What about Hibernation?!
Albeit Facing; Page gets my vote as it is just utterly perfect (yep, the best song on JFPL!)
