As this February coming is the 15th anniversary of

Richey's disappearance, do you think there will be any new documentaries made about him to commemorate the date?

almost inevitably

but the tack taken will probably be less along the lines of 'help find him' and more along the lines of the band, his legacy, the fans, etc...i.e. the 'great rock'n'roll' story element of the whole sad tragedy/.... ;(

I doubt it. The case has been cold for many years now, there`s nothing left to say about the subject and the Manics themselves are no longer seen as being the most important band around (unlike the nineties, and the hieght of the Richey hysteria). The Tenth anniversary rightly made the headlines, unlike the fifteenth anniversary, its seen as a milestone. Maybe in another five years?

Well, in a way I think that would be a better thing, I mean he obviously doesn't want to be found, I think it would be a bit mean to make a documentary trying to find someone who wants to be left alone.

I think this year I'd finally cut myself in his honour, I'm tired of being a 'good fan'.

Given he's officially dead, I doubt anyone is going to make a documentary trying to find him.

Yeah and when the World was a bright vibrant place and not a place to realise I was right to hate 95% of people even if I didn't know them.
