I can't pick, I think they've always looked great in whichever era, but then i probably only really notice James image anyway.

No surprise that THB is the winner. They also looked very cool during the GATS period. GT also deserves a mention due to all the lovely make-up they had slapped on.

EMG is easily the worst period. Nicky in a rugby shirt? No thanks

Near the end of the truth period, in late 99, they started to return to form, stylistically.

Gotta be THB over all, even though for Nick it's probably GT - or JFPL/now!! Was just thinking earlier that that main pic in this week's NME could almost be from 18 years ago, and wondering how low he must have been to look the way he did 96 - 2000.

James has never bettered his look at the beginning of THB period, although the all-whites of GATS and the Mickey Rourke Motorcycle look come close.

In addition to this, is it just me that thinks that on the EMG cover James' hair looks like it's REALLY receding!?!?! Has he maybe had an Elton John weave what with all the cash that must have rolled in soon after?
