 ) I like that overblown stuff like Aerosmith so doesn't bother me if it sounds like them or not. As long as James is on full throttle vocally and it's joyous as they've been saying it will be then I'll be very happy.

I'm not liking the sound of things immensely, as it does indeed sound like SATT 2: Return To Glossy Rock.
But I'm still excited at the thought of a new album, and comforted by the knowledge that - as mentioned - no album has ever sounded like the reference points Nicky inevitably comes out with mid-recording.
