Nicky Wire writing for The Daily Mash?

Billy Bragg's house

well, this to me looks and sounds like something he would write!

This involves admitting to having read Homes and Gardens, but I once saw Billy Bragg's house in Homes and Gardens. I was surprised as it was pretty lush-looking, but then I suppose we all want as nice a house as we can afford regardless of politics.

the first I read the title of this thread I went like 'wut-noooooo'
but then, isn't there peace and a kind of friendship between Bragg and the Manics?

I'm suprised Bragg can afford a house like that, its not like he is a big selling artist. Unless he has wrote big hits for other people and lives off the takings. I read that the late Gerry Rafferty had a regular 80,000 grand a year just off the profits of Baker Street.

There's his wife too, I seem to remember she had quite a good career - maybe even as an interior designer.
