Today I learned People Give In was a single?
According to Wikipedia at least.
Can’t remember seeing it mentioned at any point; there were no additional tracks released alongside it (obviously typical in today’s age, but the other RiF singles at least had acoustic / remixed versions released on specific dates); there was no promo vid, far as I’m aware, and it’s not listed as a release, or even a promo or separate download track in any territories on Discogs. My question is: what constitutes a single? That Wiki page suggests it had a release date and everything, to coincide with Meltdown, so was it something official?

RIf had about five singles in the end? That's crazy!

Call me an old man but a single to me is something physical that you have in your hands be it 7" or 12" or cassette or CD1 or CD2 or promo etc etc not a digital thing floating around on the auld Interweb.
