Who would you like MSP to collaborate with?
Simple enough!
Given MSP's current penchant for guest vocalists, is there anyone in particular you'd like to hear on one of their tracks? For me, it's hands down Howard Devoto. JDB is a fan, too - make it happen! Apologies if there is a similar thread, but I did nay see one. What about you lovely people?

I've had enough with the guest vocals and collaborations to be honest! The last couple of albums have been stuffed with them, and while it's largely worked well, some 'pure Manics' would suit me just fine.
Still, maybe Craig David's free?

I think they've got a whole album of duets, but they've held off recording them as they were intended for big names like Madonna and personal giants like Morrissey.
Dave Grohl would be the most pointless collaboration! Although Robert Fripp would provide some interesting sounds and can play even faster than James! So that won't be happening! McCartney would want to write songs with them as opposed to "Eahs songuh. Plz zing!" notes of paper. Florence's voice I don't think would work. We've missed our chance to see the Manics collaborate with Daevid Allen, but I think they'd be too worried about damaging the band's mythology.

Roddy Woomble on an acousticy number
Gruff Rhys, worked really well live on Let Robeson Sing Dame Shirl on a duet (rather than a song written for her) on an Anthem For A Lost Cause-esque song. The re-record of LBN with Elton that they've always wanted Ellie from Wolf Alice would go well with James' voice

Lana Del Ray? She has a marvelous voice but the lyrics she writes for herself are pretty inane. I would love to hear her in something that doesn't make me cringe.
