I know, right? Sean is pretty au fait with gif memes. Of course he is. What a time... etc.

Sean can stay.

Sean seems to be having fun. The fans asking questions have been decent, respectful and courteous. So far, a nice little corner of Twitter.

"come to think of it Yes"

And with that, Sean proved categorically that tarantulas were considered for the video to "Ocean Spray"! Would of been better if I'd remembered that question when he first went on to Twitter, but there you go.

I made this compilation a while ago. Works a charm. Called Send away the Postcards if you're feeling awfully cynical.
  1. Send Away the Tigers
  2. Boxes & Lists
  3. Your Love Alone Is Not Enough
  4. (It's Not War) Just the End of Love
  5. Indian Summer
  6. Postcards from a Young Man
  7. Rendition
  8. Welcome to the Dead Zone
  9. I'm Just a Patsy
  10. The Second Great Depression

I'm afraid I can't stand It's Not War, it's one of my most hated Manics songs. Also very sick of YLAINE. Must do my own tracklist sometime.

Why does everyone loathe It's Not War so much? It's not the best song they've done, but it's not bad. It's cool that Sean is posting Twitter stuff, hopefully we'll get more behind the scenes photos of a new album!

Fair enough. It seems to me a bit like INWJTEOL and YLAINE are the Design and Stole the Sun of the last 10 years. As an arms length fan (mostly) these days I can appreciate them a bit more. I got bored with Design for a long time, which is totally mental as it is literally one of the best things they've ever done. I reckon if my fandom was at its peak I'd think the same of these two. That soaring solo in YLA seals it for me though, it's just mega. But each to their own of course.

Nice to see Sean on Twitter. It's always the quiet ones!

It will be a cold day in Hell before the songstress in 'The Last Time I Saw Paris' will be revealed.

I rejoined Twitter recently. Still don't know if I have anything to add to social media, but I am giving it a shot. I work in the area, but I have eschewed things like Facebook and Twitter. I have enjoyed getting to know Sean a bit. He's chatty, personable, and has a really good sense of humour.

The quiet ones do well in these sorts of venues, as it becomes a level playing field. I am impressed by his imagination, his being down to earth, his wanting any Twitter exchange to be more than an 'ask me anything' situation, his willingness to engage with his fans, the respect shown by said fans, and his ability to create really good GIFs! I suffer from Photoshop envy.
