Vote from a horrible list for 6Music's best song of the last 10 yearz

I was one of many who was hoping it'd be shut down, this list only goes to prove that

But hey, scroll down to 'M'

http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/vote/100-greatest-hits/

I'm not too cool to say I went for Mr Brightside.

Not a great list really...

Does that say something about indie/alternative/guitar music of the last 10 years or so??

Why would you wasn't the station shut down? That doesn't make any sense.

Milkshake is obviously the best song there.

Probably around eight songs I rate highly on there. A few more than Your Love Alone, have to admit.

How is this list "horrible"? This is actually a pretty solid list of songs that were both good AND popular over the last ten years. There's probably almost thirty songs on here I wouldn't hesitate to label as modern classics. Most of these still pack the dancefloor whenever I play them at the club.

As difficult of a decision as it was, I had to go with All My Friends by LCD Soundsystem. Man, a lot of these songs bring back a lot of great memories.

Chicago by Sufjan Stevens for me. With all apologies to the Manics. I tried to vote again but computer said no.

Why shut down a fantastic station like 6Music? I'm glad it was saved. Anywayway much as i love You Love Alone is Not Enough there are some other great songs on that list as well as some awful ones (Coldplay i'm looking at you )

There's an incredible amount of fantastic songs there far better than Your Love Alone, so yeah Manics didn't get my vote this time.

My finger automatically clicked on YLAINE (I'm like Pavlov's dog) although I must confess this is one of the very few Manics songs I often skip. With no Manics in the list I would have voted Gossip or The White Stripes. Yes, most probably The White Stripes.
