Awesome gig, James was on fire. I ache today and my voice is gone. Ticker tape overload my car is full of it.

Kinda accidentally ended up at the barrier. I thought those days were over.

Second gig of two, and it was a huge privilege to enjoy Manchester in a seat very close to the stage, James side, with a fab view, and the Llandudno gig at the barrier on Nicky's side. He's still got a killer smile when he feels like using it.

I don't know if they are members here or even just read as lurkers, but I just want to say a big thank you once again to the people posting youtube vids of the tour - it's not the same as being there, obviously, but it means a lot just to get a small taste of it.

It was nice to see them in a smaller venue for this one. Crowd weren’t as lively as I thought they would be for a sold out gig, but I guess that’s just the way most of their gigs are these days. The sound was really good though, probably the best I’ve been to on this tour so far. I could hear The Coral’s vocals a lot clearer than any of the other gigs...not that I’m a fan of them tbh, despite knowing more of their songs than I thought I did.

I noticed James had his throat spray out a lot, but I guess that’s not that uncommon nowadays. I’m surprised they’ve done several consecutive nights on this tour though and only one night off between Leeds and London/Cardiff.

I’ll share some photos tomorrow, as I’m writing this whilst stood at the barrier in Leeds

Here are a few of my photos (mostly of James, as Nicky was too far away and I can never get any good ones of Sean):
