So obviously I'm excited about the new Rush album as I'm a big fan but if you pre order the new album in the UK it comes with a lot of cool features including a 132 page magazine.

The magazine sounds ace but also has the bonus of Nicky Wire in some capacity!

"Other features include: Gene Simmons on Rush in the '70s, Rush's live rig and set-up, plus the band's full back catalogue reappraised by former producer Terry Brown, Manic Street Preacher and superfan Nicky Wire, Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree) and more."

Apologies if this has been mentioned before but I couldn't see anything.

I wonder what Nicky has to say?!

The magazine you're talking about is the fanpack, which Classic Rock magazine have been doing for the past couple of years. They started this with Slash's album and have continued with releases from Whitesnake, Motorhead amongst others and are also doing this with Slash's forthcoming album. The fan packs are definitely worth buying, as the content in the magazines make for great reads.
