If you are unfamiliar with it, https://www.craiyon.com (formerly DALL•E) offers an “AI model drawing images from any prompt!”, asking the question “what do you want to see?”. Basically, you type in some terms, and it tries to create an image for you.

Even with some experimentation of terms, attempts at photorealistic efforts can result in some very odd images, but with stylistic qualifiers one can end up with … well, ok, still very odd images.

Here are some examples of this what this fascinating tool can come up with, I chose a pastel style.

Nicky as a Marvel super hero: I think it was getting there with the bottom-right one… subtle though…


James eating pie: Self-explanatory… probably my favourite of these.


Richey with a magnifying glass: Elementary.


Sean drumming, on a bouncy castle: I’m still not sure the AI knows who Sean is tbh.

Good effort - 3/4. The fifth one is a difficult one, especially as (and this might be a small clue) the roads have come out a bit American.

Important to mote that it intentionally makes (kinda-like) lookalikes of famous people, rather than actually copying them, so as not to get the company into dodgy legal trouble.
