If you like The Flaming Lips' The Soft Bulletin you should get on quite well with this album.

I loved that album when i first got it back in '99 (i also liked the Straw album if anyone remembers them??), then i suffered some bad experiences at work and ended up getting rid of them because i associated the music with my life at that time and they just kept reminding me of it all. :(
Thankfully no Manics album holds any bad memories for me though.

Don't Be Evil.

I have a cassette player. My old 90s stereo has one. Except for microcassettes, I haven't seen a good old-fashioned one since probably last century!

Sorry to hear that C-T-W. Hope this album brings nothing but great memories!

Fantastic...thanks for that, i was kinda thinkin it was Cardiff around the 50's, i can tell my mum now and she'll sleep easier tonight for knowing lol.

What about the quaint but striking looking church type building in the picture on the page after that then? Any ideas? :)

Ah yes, nice to see what Cardiff Bay used to look like, only the old Pierhead building is left now

Not a single cent, pence, Euro, franc. I can't be bought. Oh yes, I can. I'm expensive.

PFAYM and SKON along with GP, AI and TFHBH4E just get better with each listen.

Other highlights for me:
1. James's NUS card
2. Moore and Bradfield Piano Removers - are they available for hire???

Not sure if this link should go here or if elsewhere, but the 'piano movers' are already on you tube
