Sorry man, I think Nicky girls (and guys like yourself!) act for a very large proportion of the hardcore fanbase. For example, look at the Nicky and James queues in Cardiff this year...

Not sure what you're apologising for, as I think we're in agreement? :)

Feck it, just bought two tickets! Anyone planning to meet up on the day/inside? Help a gozzy cow find where we're meant to queue for the other tickets?

I'll be there. I'll keep an eye out for you (if I have a vague description!) and even if we don't cross paths I'll probably be posting here and on Twitter so you'll be able to find the info easily enough.

Easy to spot: a big fat blue-haired girl with a white stick, and a red-headed midget

You certainly sound like a distinctive pair  I'll keep an eye out on the day!

They've announced that Nile Rodgers is headlining the electric stage on Saturday and Sunday and you can buy a guaranteed entry to that for £5 (+ your £20 for the exhibition). Shame they'd probably be on at the same time :(

Aw that's a shame! Nile Rodgers/Chic were a brilliant prelude to the Manics at Festival Number 6. I'll never forget the look on the Manics' crew's face when Chic overran at the end of their set and Nile was too busy dancing to Get Lucky and taking photos of the crowd to get out the way for the crew to set up

FacelessSenseOfVoid 21-07-2014 15:21

Just got my ticket! So I'll definitely be there now.

Yeah, I know. Sorry man, just wasn't sure how Nicky boys (weird term) would react :P

ALERT!

You can now pre order your JDB ticket here (remember you also need to have a Sunday £20 ticket or you can't get in)

http://www.londonacousticguitarshow....t/buy-tickets/

Also the times have been released here http://www.londonacousticguitarshow....it/live-stage/ showing that you can see Nile Rodgers then James if you wanted to

250 tickets available online per artist which should be plenty ;)

Yay brilliant, thanks for the heads up! Tickets purchased

Miss Pear 25-07-2014 16:19

Excellent! Thanks for the heads-up! :D

Nature's Discontent 25-07-2014 20:48

Why is this in James' Solo discussion? Will he be playing The Great Western in full? :p

UEF 26-07-2014 07:12

Indeed, it's a shame it's been moved as I'm sure it would be of interest to anyone following the Futurology tor and he'll be playing MSP songs.

MSPKYE 02-08-2014 09:29

James will be playing about an hour according to Acoustic Magazine's twitter!
