I recall about a year ago her saying she was due to go into the studio with them around September (2009)... she seems to have morphed into Ian McCulloch!

Maybe a future b-side, they seem to have plenty held back.

I firmly remember reading one article last year saying the Manics were going to record a song with Shirely Bassey for their next album but it turned out they just wrote one for her new album.
Maybe Cerys will appear on a b-side?

Glad nothing ever came of that. Hate her voice, never like her band.

I remember quite liking Catatonia back in the day but looking back i'm not quite sure why - I might look the album out and re-investigate.

She's probably still in Wales.....

She released an album not a month ago. Some Welsh folk songs and stuff like that. She's very active on twitter also

A month ago!! I can remember her promoting that on GMTV about 18 months ago, is it another one she has done?

I was never a big Catatonia fan, but I find Cerys' voice interesting. Hopefully the song will end up as a B-side.
