Just a bit of fun as I'm listening to the Spotify covers album - in 2022 Nicky did backing vocals on a Madonna's Borderline. Would he be surprised/horrified back in 1992? Probably not. :D

What would you ask/say to the Manics in 1992, knowing what you do in 2022?

You did another holy bible tour. JFPL proved you could write another one but you decided to tour THB anyways. He would be seething.

There's a delete button, from experience it's best used on these occasions. Looking at your post history "I wont lie, i have had a drink" seems to be a standard reply.

I would thell them in 1992 that by the end of the decade you will be being hailed as the welsh U2, and see their faces fall. Then tell them dont worry, after that you will basically comit comercial suiced, by way of shaking hands with Castro. Would blow their minds.

Will you destroy Rock and Roll? Or go on to see the institutions of media's, studios and labels just shrink, get demolished and refurbished into unaffordable housing and merge into one identity?
I can't say anything. Maybe like The Walking Dead the only predictable direction the band could have took was to get assimilated and carry on until the framework disappeared around them.

I do like a drink but would never delete a post because of that! I just find it funny that i only post when pissed. Not today though….not yet.
