For the uninitiated, this is sketch from a running gag of a character called Ivan Dobsky (who is probably partly based on the true story of Stefan Kiszko) who was imprisoned in 1973 for committing the 'Meat Safe Murders'. Except of course "he never done it, he only said he done it because {insert bizarre torture method here}", which is his catchphrase. He keeps being released only to be so bitterly disappointed by the 2000's that he wants to back go to prison.
