Nice version. Wasn't this the christmas cold gig? Think they did Train In Vain too?

Nothing beats the Lifeblood Maida Vale session version of TIY though...

I think it's actually one of their poorest performances of it! Dirty guitar and made a bit heavier!

Very few? I've probably seen the full band performance more times than James solo. Didn't think it was that rare.

Pretty sure it was played every night of the Lifeblood tour, it got boring very quickly. Not my favourite song, should've played it full band on THB tour though.

Haven't listened to that Lifeblood session since it was broadcast! Nice one, Fragments didn't last long did it? One session and dropped!

Shame really, it's a wonderful song and the live version is brilliant (much like all the Lifeblood cuts presented in the session). The Maida Vale session might be my favourite Manics live moment, actually.

Think it sounds a little grating on the Melodica setting, but they could have smoothed it over a bit with a few more practises. I'm disappointed that Glasnost and Always/Never weren't even given a chance live (don't get me started on the KYE songs that were chucked on CD and then forgotten about forevermore...)

Glasnost deserves the live treatment.
