How are British mainland people getting over to this gig?

I'm trying to plan out my travel and accommodation for the tour but never having left the Uk before I'm a bit clueless

You can fly Ryanair from Manchester and Birmingham as well as other places. Book within 5-3 weeks before travel for the best deals. There's public busses from the airport to city. 30 mins to an hour depending on traffic.

You can get Sail & Rail via Irish Ferries site and other places, Train to Hollyhead and 3 + hour ferry, works out about 80 quid return, but do it the day before the gig if possible due to frequent cancellations/train replacements. There's no real public transport between Dublin city and the ferry port, but a taxi will take only 15 mins.

Like a few others, I'm flying from Manchester with Ryanair. Can't be any worse than National Express, can it!?
