Swansea Ticket swap for Albert Hall

Been years since I've been on here but just realised this morning that when I booked tickets for the Swansea gig, they released tickets for the Albert Hall weeks after. Secondly just seen that it's sold out

Living in London it would be much better for me so looking to swap tickets for the Swansea concert for the Albert Hall?

Bit of a long shot - is there anyone out there who would be willing to swap?
