Well can someone tell the people who keep doing the bloody song game thing to fuck off my first page cos its clogging up my bowels.
Songs that should have been singles are actually few and far between despite popular Manics folklore 1985 Forever Delayed No Surface Send away the tigers Remember the crying about intravenous agnostic... |

i remember that people got dissapointed with the i suppose incorrect releases on SATT and that Truth and EMG could've had more releases.

True, and I understand your point. In times of new single, album etc there are more threads about album-games than about the new album.
Back to topic: 1985 Solitude Sometimes Is (No Nixon - even though I love the Song) Send Away The Tigers (No Indian Summer) Intravenous Agnostic maybe instead of Let Robeson Sing?

I think proevpete's point was that on a discussion forum if we were never allowed to repeat a discussion there wouldn't be an awful lot to say.
A while ago I'm sure someone posted some fantastic artwork for songs from EMG and TIMTTMY, had they been singles. For a 'realistic' choice I think Imperial Bodybags, and possibly Send Away The Tigers. From previous albums I don't know. Maybe Further Away?

I longed for that to be a single back in the day if only to see Nicky Wire sing "Braindead Motherfuckers" on CDUK, either that or the knowledge that the radio edit would cut out and then when everyone bought the single they'd be confronted with that
