this thread has some of the details of the Japanese release - it gives details of the extra tracks on the Japan only version. i think there's a thread for Nicky's "Fancy Box" version and the book that came with it - what looks like song titles are listed on there, but you never know with him?

as usual, i'll do the b-sides list for this era.
so far we have the five b-sides, the girl from tiger bay demo (clearly from this era), and the two tracks for the japanese edition, that will likely be b-sides for the next singles.
