We're at the airport and we forgot our effing concert tickets at home. We obviously have all the info needed to retrieve our record, but will the o2 let is reprint our tickets?

My friend and I arrived at Lincoln only to find we'd brought the Newport tickets instead. No problem at all, they just checked surname (luckily not a common one). They didn't even check credit card details but I suppose they would in the event of a more popular surname. Easy, I wouldn't worry, but good luck anyway.

Major ballz Will. You must have had that horrible feeling in your stomoch when you realized you forgot it. You have all your booking details, so it should be fine.
