Better than James's acoustic renditions of it, gives it the tenderness it needs instead of blasting the lyrics out into the microphone and making our ears bleed.

That's pretty cool and I like how he worked a completely different melody into the lyrics

I liked the musicality of the piece, but there's something about his voice that I find quite grating after a while.

Yes, you missed the rule about nobody ever saying anything bad about Gruff on the internet.

Apart from that, it was half-baked and instantly forgettable.
