Post JDB at Hay Festival this May

Hi there, relatively new to the forum. Just thought I would share this link from the forthcoming Hay Festival programme. JDB is talking to John Niven at the festival on Monday 30th May. Tickets are already on sale to 'Friends of Hay' (full sale from 9th April) http://www.hayfestival.com/p-3531-jo...bradfield.aspx

You should definitely try to go. Try to persuade a friend who's got a car So you also get a chance to make the most of the beautiful scenery of the area. That's what I did two years ago and I had one of the best weekends of my life. We were even lucky enough to have great weather!

You're evil, now I'll end up going, though no friends have cars and this is during exams, I feel it would be best if I didn't.

Sorry I skipped the exams info I also wanted to go again, but my pupils are taking their GCSEs at that time of year... Ok let's say we'll all end up going next year, when you have a car and I'm sure Nicky will be a guest for whatever the second book with f&f is.

Fuuuuuck. And I told myself I wasn't going this year.

Patrick Jones was great a couple of years ago. And Brian May last year!

I considered joining the Friends for a bit. Always look on in envy when they go in first for the big gigs. The spacing of the seats in the Barclays Wealth pavillion kills my legs... do they get it any better down there?
