I don't think you'll experience any different reactions from random passers by than in most places tbh. I'm sure there'll be other people dressed up in the queue anyway. People dressed up at the Sheffield gig on the SATT tour and I don't remember any incidents.

My lasting memory of Sheffield on the SATT tour was standing outside the venue after the gig, next to a bin (very glamourous), probably looking a bit rough, when a man came up to me and said, incredibly camply, "I just wanted to say you look fabulous". I'm pretty certain that I didn't, but I was complimented nonetheless. Not entirely sure where I was going with this, except to say that I dressed up in Sheffield and was fine.

^^^OK, thanks for this, both of you. I just have too many memories from getting back from Reading one night. Made for an 'interesting' journey.

I think you'll be alright. It's not more dangerous than any other place anyway, I promise.

I'm thinking my blue leopard print jeans, Manics shirt and my black/fluffy leopard print jacket. Maybe my boa as a belt.

It's okay, I'm unionised with the Cranium Redevelopers Local 117. I'll contact the union over there, and get on it asap. It may take me a little longer, but it will be done!

Thanks, am just never sure what to expect when I go up north (such a Southerner, lol) and my first visit to Manchester last year seeing Idlewild left a slight distinct impression, to say the least. I think I've decided now.

Hmm, decided on white jeans, leopard print coat, too much eyeliner and some glitter for tonight. I look a twonk but Nicky will understand.
