Yep, 29th April. That Friday is now a Bank Holiday, as is the Monday afterwards (2nd May). Easter is the weekend before as well, so several short working weeks in a row

no idea about 1996 but i thought all the summer dates in 2007 were the astoria unless they did more in June?
In May 2007 the band played Kentish Town (I was there), Astoria (I was there) and Shepherds Bush Empire. They finished this tour in June.

Dear god I hope not. I do NOT want have to shell out money to see a band who ceased being a rock band 16 years ago and became such a boring and predictable live band.

Yeah, but after they've come off you'd still have Bon Jovi to look forward to

Er, you might not have been able to tell from my post, but I cannot fucking stand Bon Jovi. I liked them in the early 90s, saw them live a few times, but then they went shit. I decided to concerntrate more on Richie Sambora's solo output.

I believe they are supporting Bon Jovi Karen, there's something about a gig in Denmark and one in Norway in a thread somewhere...

They should send it back the other way. When their 8-song set is over, sign off with "Hope you enjoy John Bonjela!"

There's no way I'm shelling out money to a Bon Jovi gig just to see MSP.

I'd be well up for this!
The only thing to fear would be the distinctive smell of menopause at every venue. Other than that, it'd be fine.
