why Spanish? Degas was French obviously, even his family used to be nobles, his surname was previously De Gas but was later changed blah blah blah just ignore me pls.
you mean James's pronnounciation of the name 'Ingres'? it makes me irritated as well very much! actually I am not a great fan of J.A.A. Ingres's works, too umm academic, of course Ingres WAS academic so maybe that's the point. ouch, again, ignore me.

You both look lovely (and Dext you look fine in my picture earlier in the thread too - I say this in a motherly-non weirdo type way) - wish i'd been brave enough to get photos with them too... I shall just have to enjoy the fact that the Absolute radio picture has captured me next to the pillar, hands to mouth at the moment I was yelling 'Sleepflower'

Aww thanks, you're too kind! You should meet the Manics - they have to be the most friendliest, down to earth band I've met. They're always happy to chat to their fans.

The atmosphere was really good, but I think the free booze really fuelled my enjoyment more. Not to say I don't usually enjoy Manics gigs, but I think you get my drift.

Yup indeedie - hence me looking around and thinking 'Ooh, that's Simon Price's hair - I'll take a snap of that'...and managing to get some FD folk in the picture as well....

Will pop a few of my photos up in a bit - not often I take them at Manics gigs anymore! Any guitar geeks want to see Wayne's setlist with the guitars he has to play on each song too?
