Calm down dear!
Some of us like to collect Manics magazine covers, me for example. It's our money, we can buy it if we want to.

Really? They're still using the "Richey Manic" tag after all this time? I wonder when we'll get the "Kurt Nirvana" poster or perhaps the "Sid Floyd" one?

Actually it's Syd Floyd. I'm hoping for a Bon Bon Jovi one (strawberry flavour).

"Richey Manic" just sounds so utterly stupid to me. It always has done.

Did Richey ever refer to himself / sign anything as "Richey Manic" at any point in time or was it a name bestowed to him by the press only?

I blame McDonalds. They started it. Ronald McDonald isn't his real name.

They only ever use it in connection with Richey, though, never James, Nicky or Sean. He's not actually in the band anymore, making it even more puzzling.

Has anybody not noticed on the NME website it says "as they prepare to bow out...." Does NME know something we don't and that the two year break may be permanent??
