I was back in Bristol Broadmead today so searched again but with success this time.... they still had quite a few on a stand next to the checkouts! by the sound of it I don't think there's much point in even trying to cancel my ordered one!

Has anyone's order arrived at all? It just seems really strange that so many people have been affected. I had considered ordering online as wasn't sure if I'd be able to get it. Glad that I didn't now! Hope they do arrive soon for all you people still waiting!

they're not going to arrive. They took orders while updating their IT and everything's in chaos. They know it and won't admit it

Some W H Smiths are displaying them in a seperate stand away from the magazines. Also some W H Smiths are displaying them in magazines section but away from the current Q magazine. Need to be a detective to find them

Yeah, I knew it was going to end this way as soon as my Quidco cashback was declined. In other words, the order no longer exists/didn't go through as far as they and their system are concerned. This didn't stop them stealing £15 quid off me.

get on to your bank, tell them that they have charged you and not provided the goods / services charged for. banks charge for a "funds recall", sadly, but yes you are covered.

i'm phoning my bank. They're going to tell me to contact the company but if you don't ask you don't get. They might even feel sorry for me and give me my money back..it's only 15 quid

I have been to Bristol, Cardiff, Torquay and Tenby over the last week and all have had them but most of the time they were hard to find. No sticker on my copy.
