17/12/11 - National Treasures Gig

About the pre-show... Looks like a fair few folk are still making the hike to Hammersmith, however I'm a bit of a London novice and don't fancy a multi tube journey Is there any plans to stick on a bus from the pre-show to the o2? Judging by Slatex's posts and playlist upload on FB, I don't really want to miss it, but then again I don't want to risk missing the start of the gig. Hotel is at Docklands and pre paid, so no chance of making the aftershow unless there's a manics happy bus booked for this?!

ps if there is pre/after-show thread, please point me in the right direction!

Bloody Hell Hammersmith is well out of the way from the O2, its West London, would take a good hr I'd say at that time of night.

Yeah so i heard but playlist sounds right up my street. Basically manics every 2nd song with clash, bowie , sfa, mansun etc etc... As fillers. tempted more so for the pre rather post show now but was hoping there'd be a group of folk in a similar position?! is there anywhere near the o2/docklands area that has a good Indie night on the Fri/sat?

Im currently trying to get standing tix (currently have rubbish seats) to make up for missing the aftershow ! Turning out to be an expensive wknd down from Scotland!

Seetickets and their joke reply "Had the tickets been sent out via special delivery they would have been irreparable if they had subsequently became lost in the system, as they were sent out via 1st class then we are able to duplicate them. You can collect tickets whenever the box office opens, this is currently listed as 6.30."

Seetickets my Manics tickets would not have been lost if they were sent out by special delivery as they need a signature and they can be tracked! Still saying 6.30 is the only pick up time for tickets.

You're right , I back this idea.
I was listening again to Nicky at Radcliffe & Maconie and they joked about Patrick Moore who could play the xylophone for So Why So Sad and Nicky finally said "Traci Lords followed by Patrick Moore". And I suddenly thought : TRACI at the O2 !!! Probably another false hope but I love the idea
